opencv frame loading without saving frame?

plugin for gimp to capture a frame from camera and to load it to gimp workspace.till nw i got the code to capture image and load the image but it is done by saving the captured frame but i want to load frame without saving the image....code till nw

B&W border v2

This is 2nd version of very simple script. It creates image's borders.

To install this script:
1. Download "BW-border-ENG-v2.scm" file.
2. Copy this file into "C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\share\gimp\2.0\scripts" directory.
3. Script is in the "Script-Fu->B&W Border... v2" menu.

Mirrored frame/border

Creates a frame/border outside the image; the frame mirrors the original image.

The menu item appears in

Filters→Decor→Mirror frame
