Python plugin that draws a path of waves that follows another path used as reference. Paths can be stroked or mixed to produce fillable selections.

CloneLayer Tool - GIMP 2.7.x - Updated!

Hello all!

I'm web-developer. I use the Gimp for making a web2-widgets or for small parts of design.
Usually, my work requires frequent duplication of layers and their exact placement on the canvas. However, the Gimp does not have a tool to perform batch processing of images (layers). So, I decided to write a small plugin that solves this problem. And I did it! I hope it will useful for you....

CD Casefier - put your CD in a case

This Plug-in for Gimp will let you put a scanned CD photo into a 'virtual' case.

To use it, install the plug-in, open the CD image with Gimp and then go to Filters -> Artistic -> CD Casefier…

Select the size of the (square) output image and click OK. Depending on the image chosen, you may want to set the “Try to crop corners” option, which works best for real CD scanned pictures.

GAT Tools (handling multiple guides)

GAT stands for GIMP-Atelier. We are present a set of tools to handle guides.

With this package you could create multiple guides in one step, could use predefined guide sets e.g. Golden Ratio or Third Rule, save to and load from File your own sets.

Advanced Unsharp Mask

Sharpening tool, uses blurred mask. Sharpness is modified with few sliders that work like a kind of equalizer. User can control blurring parameters (radius and treshold for selective blur mask). It provides 4 types of output: Sharpenned image, mask, split/comparision mode and mask-to-img differences.
Brightness of image can be affected by levels-like tool that works indirectly - via the mask.

Plugin is multithreaded.

Saturation Equalizer

Saturation equalizer is saturation plugin that can adjust saturation of an image via 6 sliders – effectively the saturation curve. You can alo modify brightness of image with two spinboxes – they work like „levels“ tool.
Additionally you can autoalign RGB channels to eliminate color cast and there are few more features. I believe they are self-explanatory, once you work with plugin.
It internally works in floats, that means no information is lost during processing.
Plugin is multithreaded.

Adaptive Threshold Edge Detect

An alternative edge detector based on the implementation in the OpenIllusionist project.

The original algorithm requires scaling down of the entire image area to be processed and it would have to be completely re-written to work with GIMP tiles. Since this plugin is a simple adaptation of the original algorithm it does not make use of tiles and therefore it needs to allocate a lot of memory to work. So please be aware that it may have problems if you attempt to use it on an extremely large image!

Resynthesizer v1.0 released

This is a suite of revised and new resynthesizer plugins.

I have assumed maintenance of the Resynthesizer from the original author Paul Harrison.

This is version 1.0.

The source is now at github.com (a public repository like SourceForge). Search for user "bootchk", repository "resynthesizer." For more information, see the README and ChangeLog and NEWS files there (you don't have to download them.)

Slinky

Slinky is a python plugin that generates a sine wave following an existing path. The sine wave can be spread between two paths to create a coil perspective around another object.

texgz

This package includes code to import/export the texgz image format
into Gimp (via a plugin) or other apps. The texgz format is specifically
designed to work well with OpenGL ES and uses zlib for lossless
compression. The following formats are supported by texgz:

RGBA-8888, RGB-888, BGRA-8888, RGB-565, RGBA-4444, RGBA-5551
