vintage look

This script-fu for The Gimp is a attempt to simulate a vintage look.
For Examples see http://www.mmip.net/articles/2-gimp-script-vintage-look

This Script is based on the deviantart tutorial from CrazyMurdock1 (Vintage look in Gimp)
Optional sharpness and contrast layer

Version 0.2 - Optional sharpness and contrast layer
thanks to elsamuko (http://sites.google.com/site/elsamuko/gimp)

Split path into strokes

This script takes a vector object (path) and split's it into it's different strokes - each stroke as a new path.

Useful in cases that an action is needed to be done only on one stroke of a path.

Currently this script is updated for GIMP 2.4 or higher.

Show yellow tracking dots

It sounds like a conspiracy theory, but it isn't. The pages coming out of your color printer may contain hidden information that could be used to track you down.
See http://www.eff.org/issues/printers and http://seeingyellow.com/

This script helps to detect such tracking color dots in the output of your color laser printer.

All you have to do is:

Typewriter effect

Flash movie generator with typewriter effect on text.
Required Libraries:
- ming 0.3
- python-ming 0.3

See: http://krypt77.altervista.org/index_gimp.htm

Py extract layer

This script adds every single layer to the background.
Every layer matched with the background is saved by the name of the layer in a directory called with the name of the image.
See: http://krypt77.altervista.org/index_gimp.htm

Py_extract_layers

This script adds every single layer to the background.
Every layer matched with the background is saved by the name of the layer in a directory called with the name of the image.

Color to B&W by Gradient

A set of gradients for toning B&W photos. New are multi-colored toning gradients (thanks Ron Antonishen for the conversion script), and 3 Albubum print gradients. Instructions for use are in the README file.

Note: you will generally get better results from:

->color->map->sample colorize

than from

->color->map->gradient map

PyLomo

A flexible lomo simulation plugin for py-gimp. Design inspired by several other authors who are credited in the README file, plus some of my own ideas.

scale2photo

This script will resize an image for printing, specifically it changes the pixels per inch setting and resizes the canvas. I did this so I could "resize" an image to have a full frame print. A white border will be created to pad the "short" edge.

Amazing Circles

Amazing Circle technique with advanced options. Includes options to choose border colour (or calculate from border average), border size and vignetting effect, whirl/pinch distortion, alternate circle method, plus optional drop shadow & shading.
