Relative color remap

This plug-in changes colors in an image based on the HSV difference between two colors. This is particularly useful for applying color themes to existing images.
It avoids burning out high saturation and value at the expense of compression them somewhat when the difference goes towards higher saturation and value.
Current bugs/missing features include:
Undo does not work.
It can't be used on indexed images, even though it would frequently have enough colors.

Script to Draw dashed lines with GIMP in parametric modality.

Script Tutorial:

Wavelet denoise

The wavelet denoise plugin is a tool to reduce noise in each channel of an image separately. The default colour space to do denoising is YCbCr which has the advantage that chroma noise can be reduced without affecting image details. Denoising in CIELAB (L*a*b*) or RGB is available as an option. The user interface allows colour mode and preview channel selection. The denoising threshold can be set for each colour channel independently.

Golden Mailing Labels

This python plugin reads names and addresses from a MySQL database and creates golden mailing labels (with optional return label).

I created this script out of the desire to have golden text on my wedding invitation and save the date envelopes. I may have taken this too far :-)

WARNING: Some understanding of SQL required.
Screen shots & Examples added (03-18-08)

The completed envelope(s) are either displayed or exported to a png or jpeg file. I found windows preview far more capable of printing than the GIMP (sorry everybody).

Rotating Brush Assistant

This script help to set up a rotating (animated) brush. Starting with one (or more) brush images, it will create rotated copies of that image in a way to allow saving the file as a gih.

Just start with an image oriented in the "drawing upwards" direction:

and run the script. With the defaults it will create a new image having all the rotated copies:

Multi-burst Script

Transforms Sony's multi-burst images (4x4 small images) into an animated gif.

lay out lay in layers

purpose of this plugin is, to lay out and lay in a group of consecutive layers of an image
(a humble kind of collapse and expand groups of layers)
a determinable number of layers (including the active layer) will be stored (layed out) in a new image.
the name of this image is a time stamp ("%Y%m%d-%H%M%S") plus the string ".xcf".
e.g. 20080117-192642.xcf.
the visible layed out layers will be merged down to a single layer in the source image.
the name of this layer is the above mentioned time stamp.

NOTE: I've created a new version in python and this version have much more functionality and uses own dialog, so it fits to screen ;-) Check it at:
