Questo script in python altro non è che una mia personalizzazione e relativa traduzione in italiano basato sul codice "Batch resize" di Carol Spears.
Ho volutamente messo i margini a zero perchè le miniature impaginate possano essere agevolmente tagliate ed ottenere delle piccole foto da un'impaginato grande. Io lo uso per creare in maniera del tutto automatica dei mini album partendo dall'impaginato grande, infatti ci sono pure le misure che uso io col mio laboratorio che stampa in banda 406mm. Si può comunque utilizzare pure per creare delle provinature nei vari formati.
Sappi che mettere i margini è un gioco da ragazzi, troverai nello script i miei commenti così da poter con poca fatica personalizzartelo da solo (vai al rigo 27).
Questa è una prima versione, considera che conosco un pò di php ma nulla di python, fortunatamente ci sono delle somiglianze. Se ho tempo e voglia vorrei migliorarlo, tipo sostituire i tasti radio con un menù a tendina, cosi da rendere l'interfaccia più piccolina ed aggiungere altri formati, tipo il fototessera e via dicendo.... si vedrà...
Per installarlo la procedura è la solita, scarichi il file e lo metti all'interno di: "/home/tuo_nome_utente/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins", poi avvi Gimp e te lo trovi su "Filtri > Batch".

Scale in steps

About

"Scale in steps" resizes an image to the given dimensions in several steps to get a way sharper result compared to resizing in one step. The step size is given in percent and should range between seven and ten percent.

Samples

None of the sample images are sharpened. The original picture was 3000×2000.

Crop to center the selection

This script crops the image so that the current selection winds up at the center of the image. It is especially useful when postprocessing digital images: When the subject of a photograph appears off-center, simply select the subject, click on Script-Fu/Selection/Center Selection..., optionally customize the script's parameters (described below), et voilà—the subject is now perfectly centered.

Script options give you the choice of centering horizontally and/or vertically and of preserving the original image's aspect ratio. That last option is useful if you have, say, a 1920×2880 image and you want to professionally develop it onto 4×6" paper (a common size in the U.S.). The Preserve aspect ratio option ensures that original image's 2:3 aspect ratio remains after cropping.

Lomo-Gimp

Lomo-Gimp tries to give your digital pictures the warmth of those taken by an old rangefinder analog camera. Think of it as a Kodak Instamatic or a Lomo Holga faking effect. It enhances contrast and saturation, and applies a light and a dark overlay, trying to emulate incorrectness in exposition. Please note this does nothing to emulate the chromatic aberration peculiar in pictures taken using a real Lomo.

Film Grain Script for GIMP 2.4

This is a script which simulates the typical film grain of high ISO pictures. I scripted exactly this description. Copy it into the scripts folder from gimp, you will find it then under Filters -> Generic -> Film Grain. Holdness and Value are two options directly taken from HSV-Noise, Strength changes the amount and area of grey, which will turn grainy.
