A python conversion of my script-fu Line border script (http://registry.gimp.org/node/118). This version uses python-glade dialogs. It allows to create smaller and much clever input dialog and integrate much more functions. On other side, due to missing support of glade dialogs from Gimp, there is not possble to run this script in batch mode.

Warp Text

This script will warp text to fit inside a four-point "Bezier patch". The bezier patch is created with the Path Tool by first placing an anchor where the upper-left corner of the text should go, followed by three more anchors running clockwise around the perimeter.

Batch watermarking and resizing

This plug-in is designed for batch watermarking and resizing of image files. It lets you choose the directory which contains the images, the file extension, the font, the copyright text and the options associated with the processing. Useful for photographers who upload a lot of photos on the web and don't want to watermark every single file individually. The resulting images contain between one and four instances of the copyright text (selectable as an option).

60's Text Effect Script (Rev. 2.2)

This script will create psychedelic 1960's text. I created this script from my tutorial of the same name. I didn't merge the layers in the script, as I did in the tutorial, because you can change the blend modes of the different layers for different appearance.

Rev. 2.0 - added compatability for Gimp 2.4.x

Rev. 2.1 and 2.2 - Added gradient controls.

parse_subtitles

Python-Fu script to create subtitle images for DVDs from "SubRip" files (*.srt).

Can be used in batch mode; just adapt the files 'gimprc' and the Linux shell script 'run_parse_subtitles'. Extension to support other filetypes should be easy.
