GUI for the gimp-layer-translate procedure. Move the active layer from the current position by the amount specified in the x and y offset, these can be negative or positive.
This plug-in enables you to use the vast number of existing filters made for Photoshop's Filter Factory as well as create new effects without having to go through the process of learning how to write plug-ins for The Gimp first.
Originally written by Jens Restemeier for Gimp 1.x back in 1997, this plug-in has now been updated for use with Gimp 2.x.

This script collects layers from open images and puts them into a new image.
This is useful if you open a couple of images at once from an external program like digikam or similar and want to e.g. average layers (-> see my Average Layer plugin).

This version is for Gimp 2.4 or higher (with Tiny Scheme interpreter).
For The Gimp 2.2 or lower version (which uses the SIOD Scheme interpreter), I suggest you use the Aqua bou version 2.2 .
Once installed, restart the Gimp and access the menu: File -> Create -> Web Page Themes -> Aqua Bou -> ...
