GIMP Plugin Registry

GIMP 2.4.7 can't catch my table devices
but
GIMPshop 2.2.8 can catch my table devices

when I use [ Paintbrush ] -> [ pressure sensitivity ]
GIMP 2.4.7 can't work but GIMPshop 2.2.8 can why?

somebody help me plaese

my os is win xp sp2
