Saving a file as an EPS with 'preview' checked

I need to save a file as a .eps with the preview option checked. After I select preview I get the following error
error = Saving '/home/schassin/Desktop/FrankSignature2.eps' failed:
Plug-In could not save image

Any ideas as to why this might be happening?

I can't reproduce this. If you describe a way how this can be reproduced, you might want to file a bug for GIMP in Bugzilla.
