How to I install this plugin?

The above youtube video show the plugin, but I cannot seem to install it. I'm using the portable version of gimp. Thank you for the help.

windows or linux anyway in windows just move resynthetizer.exe in one of gimp plugin folder May be in C ://Ducuments and Settings/yourname/gimp/plugin the 2 script in the script folder may be no updated for gimp 2.4 and may not work but are no essential (the 2 scripts require resynthetizer but resynthesizer do not require the scripts) download link should be on the resinthetyzer side Ps for vista path for plugin folder should be C ://Users/yourname/gimp/plugin
