GIMP Plugin Registry

Hello everybody,

I am searching for a plugin to import VTF texture files.

Sadly the author only offers a plugin for Photoshop and Paint.net and it seems, that he isn't going to create one for GIMP.

Sadly I am no programmer, but it would be great, if someone else could create a VTF import plugin for GIMP (if someone feels to do me favour or has nothing to do with his free time or thinks this could general be useful for the community).

Importent would be to create Windows binaries.
