Hi, where is the information about things happens to the old accounts and the old files. And why aren't the registered users informed by mail?

Lost on a dead server. I hope this new side is indexed by the Wayback Machine (aka internet Archive ) to avoid similar risk in the future
i fear the only way to recover old information is found someone that copied the old archive...no sure if someone did it
