GIMP Plugin Registry

I am new to the GIMP program and just installed the newest version. After installation, and starting GIMP, I get an error message "ufraw gimp.exe - Entry Point Not Found". Inside the error message box is the following "The procedure entry point BZ2_bzRead could not be located in the dynamic link library bzip2.dll". If I then click "OK", the program proceeds to boot up.

Is this a new problem, or is it one that I can easily fix, with your help?
