GIMP Plugin Registry

Hi, I just downloaded gimp. I am trying to download a t-shirt on the redbubble.com website they want it 2400X3200 transparent background with png. When I save to png the background turns white so then when i upload to redbubble there is a white background. Can anyone help? thanks. johanna
