permission to copy tutorials for GIMP

I have just downloaded and GIMP and, because I am a beginner, I would like to save all of the on-line tutorials to MY Documents for Personal Use Only. Who should I contact for these permissions?. Thanks in advance..

no need to ask permission to save on your HD , permission may be needed only to distribute to others

tutorials

I'm new to Gimp and would like to know more about using the program. I have used coral draw in the past but have moved to Linux and I'm looking for a new imaging program. Thank you.
