Gimp doesn't read some plugin named with particular names

Hi, I've tried all a morning to create a plugin named FalseColor, but Gimp didn't see it. I've searched errors inside but nothing, after I tried to change the name in "AFalseColor" and it works. But if I store it in the Python-Fu menu I don't see no more another plugin that disappear so I have to create a new Gimp folder (e.g. "/Filters/Test2/AFalseColor"). But why it happen? I'm using Gimp 2.8 in an Windows XP.
