File has wrong extension

It should be visible at the bottom of the Layers menu.
Download the file again. I checked it, and it has wrong extension. It´s Split_layer_into_tiles.py.txt
When You download it (right-click save as), remove the .txt from the end and change savetype field as "all files" (windows). On Linux there´s probably save as "python", after removing .txt.
