Installling plugins/scripts help!

Hi, Just trying to install a few plugins and scripts but I can't find where they go... or maybe I am putting them in the wrong folder... i am using windows and here is an example of one I want to install

What folder in gimp 2.6 should this go in? Plugins? If so where will it show up

it should go in your scripts folder.
/YourUserNameFolder/.gimp-2.6/scripts

If it has a exe or a py extension place it in the /YourUserNameFolder/.gimp-2.6/plug-ins folder
