Tracking pixel coordinates

Hello,
I search for a plugin which tracks the coordinates of my digitizer and save them to a text file. Or read out the coordinates of the pixel in order of creation.
If there is no plugin or anyone knows a better way to do things like that, I am open for any ideas.
