Does Gimp have a paint mixer pallette similar to corel?

I am new at using GIMP but cannot find anythingon a paint mixer palette simailar to what Corel uses. http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite/us/en/Content/1227643601891 Does anyone have a suggestion? or is this an enhancement?

no but gimpainter has something close and you may found useful this module
