downloaded plugin for resynthesizer and I cannot find heal selection under filter>enhance...Please help...

I am having problem finding the plug in for heal selection. I tried downloading a plugin for the resynthesizer and resynthesizer worked but I cannot find heal selection when I go to Filter>enhance>. My computer is windows 7, 64 bit, and y GIMP is 2.6.
