My Wacom Bamboo pen and tablet doesn't want to work properly with GIMP.

When I open GIMP and move the stylus around it stays in the upper left corner of the screen. Yes I have went to preferences, input devices, and saved it, despite doing that it's still refusing to work correctly. In the additional input controllers I see a DirectX DirectInput if that's anything. I heard Bamboo functions in some manner on its own and when you open a program or somthing it acts like this.

Oddly enough it was indeed working one time day. I have no clue how, I thought maybe I used the stylus and opened GIMP with it and it sync. I tried it and it doesn't work. It works completely fine with MS Paint but not GIMP or Adobe photoshop elements 8. The whole thing is aggrivating, I didn't pay 100 dollars just to draw on MS Paint.

I have the Wacom Bamboo pen and tablet, CTH-460 and GIMP 2.6.10
