The new Fourier plugin?

There's no read-me with the new Fourier transform plug-in. I've got a whole slew of magazine images that I'd like to de-screen and this plug-in seems ideal for the job.

Anybody tried it out and, more importantly, made it work?

the gmic plugin has a descreen function that works nicely. try that.
