Searching For Stereogram Plugin

Hello,
I'm looking for the stereogram plugin which used to be located at this URL http://registry.gimp.org/plugin?id=1444 or as described on this page http://www.flickr.com/photos/11352979@N05/1977758050/
I've tried searching here but have been unable to find it, can you please let me know if it is still here or if you know about any equivalent plugins?

but i am not sure works with recent version of gimp
may be another similar plugin on www.deviantart.com but i am too lazy to search there (in case search for "gimp script" because there there is not a gimp plugin category )
