GIMP won't start on Kubuntu 10.04

Okay, so every time I try to open GIMP, it just doesn't start. No errors, nothing. I open the GIMP with sudo gimp and it starts, but without the theme, just a plain boring grey, edgy theme.

It also gives all this to the console:

joona@Joona-PC:~$ sudo gimp

GIMP-Error: Calling error for procedure 'gimp-procedural-db-proc-info':

Procedure 'gimp-gimp-install-procedure' not found

GIMP-Error: Calling error for procedure 'gimp-procedural-db-proc-info':

Procedure 'gimp--gimp-append-data' not found

Those errors continue for like 80 rows.

I've tried reinstalling, but no, it won't help.
