G'MIC in Batch mode?

Hi,
I just discovered G'MIC ... Really a nice plugin for Gimp!
Does anybody of you know by any chance, if there is a batch mode for G'MIC?
I saw something concering a batch mode but with some exe-windows-programm I think. I'm running Linux...

The latest version of G'MIC
The latest version of G'MIC has a batch mode for certain filters under Sequences, but you would have to have all your pictures loaded into a single image on different layers. It does have an output to folder function though.
