I just notice that MathMap one of the better Gimp Plugin is not listed here.
To present it i just quote its developer Mark Probst
MathMap is an image processing application that works on several levels:

* Without any prerequisite knowledge about image processing, one can use any of the more than one hundred filters that come bundled with MathMap.

* More advanced users can combine filters intuitively in the Composer, as pictured above.

* For expert users MathMap provides a simple but very efficient programming language. This is the core of MathMap and the language that almost all MathMap filters are implemented in.
MathMap can be used as a GIMP plug-in as well as a command-line tool. It is distributed as Free Software under the terms of the GNU General Public Licence.

a screenshoot of one of the most interesting feature, the Composer that allow to chain several filters

The Mathmap Gimp plugin is available for Windows and Linux (for Mac there is a older, standalone version )
For more info, documentation screenshoot ,source code and video presentation see

GIMP Version:
Code License:

Win 7 with Mathmap 1.3.5 (latest stable release for Windows) on GIMP 2.6.8

Mathmap 1.3.5 for Windows is a alpha not a stable, anyway i never had problem with that
(i explain better 1.3.5 is a stable version but the corresponding windows build is a alpha )

BUT remove the " Update_Compositing" folder you should already have that filters in the "Compositing" submenu.

For the error with Droste i explained above, you may wait my correction or do by yourself (from the expression tab as explained in my other message,..when done click the "save" button)

If other problems let me know

The filter in the file
cannot be parsed.

All the other filter errors have been resolved. With the exception of the one I mentioned causing runtime issues (I deleted it as you suggested)

Delete that too...There is already included the fixed version (with almost same name "" )

Seems as i made some confusion with the right folder to zip, i was sure to have discarded that..again sorry !

I am not correcting now because i am too sleepy but for tomorrow evening everything will be fixed
