linux shell script

Hello,

I have read that GIMP can be run in batch mode with the command "gimp -b". I would like to run gimp in a linux shell script to automatically resize some photos. I obtained the script from http://xoomer.virgilio.it/lwcon/gimp/scripts/auto-convert-and-resize.htm, and I have already added it to "Script Fu". It works fine when I run it from the GIMP's GUI. However, I want to put it into a linux shell script. I am not sure how to trigger "Script Fu" > "ATG " using GIMP in a linux shell script.

Any advice would be helpful.
Thank you.

Peter

Forums:

I'd take ImageMagick instead of GIMP:
