smooth path

english is not may native language so i may be wrong

the effect to me seems more to "round " a path ,as you may round a rectangular selection not to smooth (as you may smooth, or feather a rectangular selection..sure that will also round the angles but only as side effect )

Good think is that the png explain well what the plugin does
