I have no idea what Im doing, but I have been told I can color horse lineart using this website. How?

coloring line art

You can pretty much color ANY line art using the GIMP software, or Photoshop, etc. You just need to learn how to layer your colors, using blur, blend, and soften methods.

Not sure here you may found only (plugins for a) program that may help do it...but is not a web-app is something similar as features to Photoshop but free , and that may be freely hacked and customized .

Is possible that someone used it to create same painting web app but is so only Googlle may find the link
