Installation problem Gimp V 2.6.6 on WIN XP. --> xmlGenericError

Hallo,
does anybody know how to solve this problem?
After installation of Gimp 2.6.6 and starting Gimp Gimp stops and shows the following hint
- Der Prozedureneinsprungpunkt "_xmlGenericError" wurde in der DLL "Libxml2.dll" nicht gefunden. -
After clicking away this hint Gimp continuos to start but it does not work properly. I deinstalled, reinstalled several times but I do not get a proper working gimp software.
Help ist welcome. Thanks for the effort in advance.

Locate the other
Locate the other libxml2.dll, try to figure out which program has put it there, and move it to that program's directory instead of a shared one.
