Error Message when trying to run exe file.

I get this error message when I try to run voronoi.exe. The program can't start because libgdk_pixbuf-2.0-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. What program or package am I missing. I can find sources for the .dll file on line but I don't know where to put it. I am running W7 Beta right now and looking to upgrade it to W7 RC in a few weeks.

Don't run the plugin

You don't run the voronoi.exe plugin. Just put it in your plugin folder and access it from the gimp Filter>Render menu -Rob A>
