What language is this in? Also can it be made to work in Gimp 2.6.6 Windows XP?

This script works in 2.6.6. using XP

The script is written in Spanish, and I have it working on my XP using both 2.6.6 and 2.6.7

GIMP does not run videos,

GIMP does not run videos, try CinePaint it might work(I honestly haven't even used it, just mentioning it).
