Smudge repetetion script

Hi,
I want a script which repeatedly stroke my selection border, back and forth using smudge tool. Here are the inputs i am expecting to it.
1) Angle of stokes
2) Brush or smudge size ( I can select from Smudge toolbox option)
3) Fadeout options
4) Frequency of strokes(Strokes/cm)
Is there some plugin which already does this. I am tired of doing it manually! :(

I posted something similar at the cartographers guild. Page 2 of this post: http://forum.cartographersguild.com/showthread.php?t=4619 simply stated, it smudged perpendicular to the selection in a number of different ways. I can upload here if useful!? It seemed to esoteric to common use ;) -Rob A>
