Where can i download plugin for "webbrowser" and "showing the help hand book" in Gimp Help system?

Preferences says that there is a local copy of Help installed but the plugins are missing.

If this is for GIMP 2.6,

If this is for GIMP 2.6, then you will have to build the plug-in yourself. Othnerwise wait until someone does this.
