L-system & turtle graphic

These scripts are mainly aimed at generating L-system fractals using turtle graphics. As an added bonus, shapes (not fractals) and turtle trails too.
L-system (or shapes, or turtle trails) can be drawn using different tools, including path, and centered/scaled to image/layer/mask.

Save both scripts in your scripts folder, you will find it under Filters -> Render -> Turtle graphics.

Fails on Gimp 2.6.4

I installed both scripts, and when I try to use them it crashes. I am running Gimp 2.6.4 on Windows XP Machine.

i´m using windows vista and both are not running.

What is turtle graphic? and BTW what is a L-system fractal?
description is in not very descriptive maybe some visual example will help
