1. I am running windows vista (technically)
2. I have saved the plugins to C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins and they don't work- the plugin manager isn't detecting them.
3. The plugins are all in .SCM format.
that work for plugin (in Windows are exe files)
Script go in the script folder better in C:/Users/Yourname/gimp/script
And also for plugins is better you use NOT the plugin folder in program files but that here C:Users/YourNAME/gimp/plug-ins.
