downloading and installing scripts

Hi
i would like to use the urban acid script.when i click on the attachment i get a long list of words.what exactly do i do with that.like how do i download it ect.how do i get it to work? a step by step instruction would be nice.and i mean every single step.

How?

Erich, how did you 'work it out?' I'm new to these scripts and when is says download to the script folder, I don't know how to download them. Thanks in advance
