IPTC & XIF info

Hi,

- I have a short question regarding updating a JPEG-file's IPTC & XIF info in GIMP. Can anyone support me with some good hints how to proceed. Should I use plugin ore is this function included in GIMP?

- I'm running Gimp 2.6.1

XIF ? Do you mean EXIF ?

XIF ? you mean maybe EXIF ? there is exif browser plugin for windows, but is to browse not to edit exif There another python plugin that should have more options but on Windows crashes Gimp (at least on my PC with gimp 2.6 and win XP ) should work better on linux Anyway gimp is not the best tool to edit exif data, maybe is better copy them before editing, and then edit and paste them back with some other program there are many free tools to edit exif
