GIMP Plugin Registry

i see a lot of misplaced help request, published here as plugins or script and that is quite confusing.

some cleaning was done but i think the only way to minimize the problem is refuse, in the plugin list, message with not attachment

this will not solve at 100%... but will solve most of the cases
For sure if a message have no attachment is NOT a presentation of a script or a Plugin, so may be deleted from the plugin registry with no any problem

this site should have no reason to include in the plugin archive dumb or misplaced messages, a dumb message may even include a attachment...but for sure if there is not any attachment there is not a script or a plugin to download

Seems so simple and logic..if there is no a file included message is not a new for the plugin registry ...if is not for the forum that is something for the waste bin
