GIMP Plugin Registry

I'm a beginner. I installed gimp and tried to install gimp-reflection, but it didn't work. After unzipped, I found the file "gimp-reflection.scm" that I put in the plug-ins folder. Is that right? Thanks. ‹ The Kaleidoscope plugin? Help ...
