Downloading GAP

Currently, I've got GIMP version 2.6......and I am wondering where I
could find the web-page that would have the downlod for GAP. If there
is a GAP plugin for GIMP version 2.6
All the web pages I've seen so far make references to it, but they're
either "dead ends", or just show what can be done with GAP.
Even the GIMP (home) website only makes reference to it, but
doesn't link to the download.
