How to outline texte sections?

Hello,
I'm trying to outline a text , like in the following logo : http://www.pixtoria.com/main.png.
I have browsed the scripts section to find a similar functionality in the scripts library.

Can anyone point me to such a script?

It's a simple way to obtain the result yourself. You might want to use a 1px stroke if the blue is too thick.

I have no idea of how long it takes to be so easy in gimp usage. One century? :) I only have to thank you for the demo. That was exactly was I was looking for.
