New to gimp- .eps file trying to import

I have a company logo I was trying to import into GIMP to modify. I keep getting error stating:

Encapsulated PostScript image Message
Error starting Ghostscript. Make sure that Ghostscript is installed and - if necessary - use the environment variable GS_PROG to tell GIMP about its location.
(Failed to execute child process (No such file or directory))

GIMP Message
Opening 'C:\Users\romeo\Downloads\paver city logo.eps' failed:

Could not interpret Postscript file 'C:\Users\romeo\Downloads\paver city logo.eps'

Could someone please tell me how to get GIMP to recognize the file?
