2.6.8 OSX help

I am using gimp 2.6.8 on snow leopard,
I think I am installing the plug-in in the proper place.
~/Library/Application Support/Gimp/plug-ins

But I am unable to see then from the menu.
(I double checked the location in the preferences)

For testing purposes I am installing only one.
pandora-combine-0.9.3.scm

Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong?
