installing restrictions

very few chances you may have specific restriction to use Gimp but if your are not a admin on that computer you may have restriction to install or use any kind SW ...more you may have a lot of additional kinds of restrictions that is up to the computer's admin, Anyway is also possible ,but much less probable that you may have restriction to use software installed on USB driver or on CD/dvd...in case you may use one of the portable version (1 is available on www.portableapps.com)
