Where are the information

Hi,
where is the information about things happens to the old accounts and the old files.
And why aren't the registered users informed by mail?

Lost on a dead server. I hope this new side is indexed by the Wayback Machine (aka internet Archive ) to avoid similar risk in the future i fear the only way to recover old information is found someone that copied the old archive...no sure if someone did it
