The new 2 column layout need some fixes

I found quite confusing, the 2 column are not clearly separated so the very first impression is of a very messy 1 column layout

Ignoring this first impact and noticing the 2 columns logic, still remain the problem to find how to browse separately for recent script/plugin submissions or recent messages.

not that i could not guess how to do but a good layout should not require guess works or use of external search engines to find the right pages
