Help with changing over 100 photos from JPG to PNG and white background to transparent

I'm currently working on a project developing a website and was hired to create a large amount of images. However, I was not told until turning in the finished images that they need them in PNG and the white background should be transparent.

Is there any script I can use for windows 7 that I can run, assign to a folder and have it change the files to a transparent background?
Thanks in advance, there due 2days from now so a quick answer is appreciated.

Finished them all by hand with hotkeys, fingers feel terrible but got the job done, Thanks anyways
