Splitting into two halves

Hi,

This forum contains a lot of very useful scripts but I have not found what I wanted.

I would simply divide an image into two halves by cutting vertically at the middle. Then, save the left part under the name [image]-L and the right side under the name [image]-R.

Of course, I have to do that with a lot of images, so a batch is necessary.

Someone did this?
